The mantra "hands are in front of each other" is a crucial part of the routine, but it's clear that there's an increase in confidence and a desire to connect face-to face. Rotary's changed. However, there is a certain amount of uncertainty as we move to the summer of 2021. It is yet to be seen if the human connections that Rotary members cherished previously will be maintained. While the motto of "hands-in-space" is certainly a component of our everyday routine It is clear that the confidence of our members is increasing as are the more direct connections. Rotary has also changed. Rotary has evolved. The outbreak has forced us to improve our technological practices. Our business remains online, but we have also introduced a social and service activity. To create an exciting new future, we've taken the new possibilities and merged them with our most successful pre-pandemic behaviors.
